PRIMARY CLASS
(6-12 years old)
Our Primary Taekwondo classes are an exciting, high-energy program designed to build strong, confident and capable children. Through regular training, students rapidly improve their fitness, coordination and movement skills, while growing in confidence both physically and socially.
Classes combine functional circuit-based training with dynamic Taekwondo techniques to develop speed, agility, strength, endurance and power. Students learn kicking, blocking, footwork, dodging, offensive and defensive skills. These activities sharpen decision-making, problem-solving and tactical thinking, while being taught in a fun, high-intensity cardiovascular workout.

A standout feature of our Primary program is confidence building beyond physical skills. Students are encouraged to demonstrate techniques, speak clearly, and present in front of their peers, helping them develop self-belief, communication skills and leadership presence in a safe, supportive environment.
Traditional Taekwondo values of respect, discipline and courtesy are woven into every class, reinforcing positive behaviour and emotional regulation. Children learn teamwork, resilience and self-control while also being introduced to traditional and progressive self-defence techniques (punching, kicking and blocking). Our Ttaining is structured to be serious when it needs to be, yet engaging and fun, motivating and confidence-boosting.
