One Taekwondo competition class held on every Saturday afternoon has been running for 7 years.

Our common training method for both sparring and Poomsae athletes are centered on improving each athlete’s overall fitness required to compete on any given day. We work on individual core strength, stamina, agility, reflex and flexibility which are incorporated into their training. For sparring, this is combined with various kicking drills, strategies and actual sparring to improve our athletes’ chance of succeeding at higher levels. For Poomsae, the focus is on repetitive execution of Poomsae and its divided techniques to enhance accuracy and strength.
